Buccaneers Vs. Texans Score Update: Houston Adds Two Touchdowns To Lead 30-3 After Three Quarters

A rout is on at Raymond James Stadium, as the Houston Texans offense has exploded on Sunday. A big third quarter extended the Texans’ lead over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to 30-3. While the Texans’ offense is in high gear, the Bucs and Josh Freeman have been quiet all afternoon.

Houston added their third touchdown of the day half way through the third to make it 23-3. Arian Foster carried it in from five yards out to cap a quick 7 play drive that took less than five minutes. The Texans would add to their lead with just over two minutes remaining in the quarter, when Derrick Ward – yes, that Derrick Ward – scored from four yards out.

Ward’s touchdown was set up by a Brian Cushing interception of Josh Freeman. It was the first of two as Freeman would be picked off on his next pass by defensive end Brice McCain to give the ball right back to the Texans, up 30-3 deep in Bucs’ territory.
