Bucs Vs. Panthers Score Update: Tampa Bay Trails 7-0 Early

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are down early to the Carolina Panthers 7-0. The Panthers started the game going right down the football field to score on their opening drive. Quarterback Cam Newton took the Panthers right down the football field thanks to some tough running by Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams. After a face mask penalty on the Bucs, Williams ran the ball in from 8-yards out for the touchdown.

The Bucs answered the opening touchdown drive by turning the ball over on the first play of their first drive. Fortunately for the Bucs, their defense forced the Panthers to go three and out. The Bucs got the football back and began a long time consuming drive, but it ultimately stalled out leaving the Bucs with no points.
