Week 14 NFL Power Rankings: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Slip To No. 23

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have lost six in a row and seven of their last eight. How far did they fall in SB Nation's NFL Power Rankings?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell to the Carolina Panthers, 38-19, on Sunday to drop to 4-8 on the season, tying them with Carolina for last place in the NFC South. The loss was the Bucs' sixth in a row and seventh in their last eight overall. Their season is fading fast, as their standing in the latest SB Nation NFL power rankings suggests. Joel Thorman puts the Bucs at No. 23 in the league, down from No. 19 last week, and writes that perhaps coach Raheem Morris "should get thrown out of the game." Morris dismissed Tampa Bay defensive tackle Brian Price from the loss to Carolina after he committed a penalty on a third-and-15 play.

Tampa Bay went 10-6 last seasons and showed great promise, but this season has taken a turn for the worse of late.
