2011 NFL Mock Draft: Will The Bucs Add Depth At Cornerback?

Before the whole Aqib Talib situation broke a few weeks ago, the only position that people wanted to Mock to the Buccaneers was defensive end. But now that their future at corner is looking a little bit shaky, people have kind of gravitated towards that position as well. That includes the newest 2011 NFL Mock Draft from the guys over at our Draft website Mocking the Draft. They have the Bucs taking Miami CB Brandon Harris; here is their rationale.

The secondary for the Bucs is a major question mark with the recent off the field issues for Aqib Talib impacting the depth.  Harris has the ablity to contribute early and has a clean off the field history.

The only question mark Harris brings tot he table is his size. He has all the physical tools to play cornerback, but he lacks ideal height to play the position. If they Bucs are comfortable with his ability to play in space in their zone scheme (which is probably his best fit) than he would be a good player for the Bucs. All of that is if, of course, they decide that cornerback is a big need.
