Bucs Yet To Make An Offer To Davin Joseph, Close To Signing Quincy Black

According to the man himself, Guard Davin Joseph has yet to receive an offer from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about retaining his services. Joseph, one of the Bucs most prominent unrestriced free agents took to twitter this morning to let fans know that he is still looking for work.

@DavinJoseph75 I am still waiting on a contract offer from Tampa. The earliest I can sign a contract is on Friday.

Joseph also went on to say that his agent is fielding offers from other teams. Buccaneers general manager Mark Dominik made a point to the media Tuesday that Joseph would be a priority and that he plans to "wine and dine" his teams free agents this week in an effort to get them resigned.

If that is the case, It appears that free agent linebacker Quincy Black has been eating well this week as he is reportedly close to agreeing to terms on a new deal with the Buccaneers possibly as soon as later today or tomorrow.

Black spent five games on the injured reserve list in 2010 while recording 61 tackles.
