NFL injury report: Buccaneers staying healthy

Tampa Bay didn't see any injuries in Sunday's game.

Matt Stamey-US PRESSWIRE

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came away from Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders unscathed, a bonus along with a win over Oakland Raiders, 42-32, on the road.

Tampa Bay had more injury news last week than they did this week. The team placed guard Carl Nicks and tight end Danny Noble on injured reserve last Tuesday.

Nicks is a two-time Pro Bowler who is in his first season with the Buccaneers. Nicks played Oct. 25 against the Minnesota Vikings, but hadn't played since. It was the first game he's missed in his five-year career.

Nicks was a fifth-round draft pick by the New Orleans Saints in 2008.

Noble played in four games with the Bucs this season. He is in his first season in the NFL after being undrafted out of Toledo. The 6-foot-5 tight end did not catch a pass this season.

Tampa Bay has won three of its last four games. The Bucs will try to win their third straight game when they host the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.
