Newly hired Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano is trying to put together a coaching staff, and it seems to be tougher than some would expect. According to a source of GatorSports.com's Pat Dooley, Schiano offered a job to current Florida Gators defensive coordinator Dan Quinn but he turned it down Monday.
Earlier on Monday, it was rumored that Quinn, who has been an NFL assistant for the San Fransisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, New York Giants and Seattle Seahawks, was interview for the Bucs' defensive coordinator job. However, it seems that Quinn likes where he's at or the Bucs' didn't offer him enough money to leave Gainesville.
Last Monday, there was rumors that Schiano was trying to get his former boss, Butch Davis, to join his staff in some capacity, however, no more news or rumors has serviced about that being the case.
