NFL Draft Combine 2012: Miami Football Will Have Seven Players Participating

The 2012 NFL Draft Combine list of participants was officially announced Tuesday, and seven Miami Hurricanes will try to impressive NFL scouts, franchise's front office personnel and experts Feb. 22-28 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.

The the Miami football players who's name's were on the list are: offensive lineman Brandon Washington, defensive lineman Olivier Vernon, wide receiver Tommy Streeter, running back Lamar Miller, quarterback Jacory Harris, defensive line Marcus Forston and wide receiver Travis Benjamim.

Miller currently is the only Hurricane who could be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft, while Streeter could be a second-round pick if his speed is impressive enough, said ESPN Draft Expert Mel Kiper Jr. in later January.

Washington is also another player that could be helped by the combine, while Harris and Vernon will need very strong performances to even be considered by teams to select them.
