The Jacksonville Jaguars threw Blaine Gabbert to the Wolves last year, starting him at quarterback without very much talent for him to throw to. They've added some talent there in free agency, but they could also be looking for some talent at that position in the Draft. According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union, they could be looking at Georgia Tech wideout Stephen Hill. Here is a little bit more info on where Hill could go in the Draft.
Hill is probably a second-round draft pick, or he could be a late first-rounder. I don't know that the Jaguars would be able to trade down far enough that they would take Hill in the first round. Kansas City, the most likely team to want to trade up and grab Ryan Tannehill, picks 11th. But it's possible if they like him that much. Some mock drafts have him going to the San Francisco 49ers at 30, but if he is available in the second round, that's a more likely scenario for the Jaguars.
And if you are unfamiliar with Hill as a prospect, here is a video profile on him from SB Nation.
