Dallas Clark Talks About Signing With Buccaneers

Tight end Dallas Clark took the field for OTAs on Tuesday after signing a one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday. While he was on the field, he had an opportunity to field some questions from the Tampa Bay media about his new team.

When asked if he had put his time with the Indianapolis Colts behind him when he signed with Tampa Bay, the veteran joked a bit about it.

No, it was really over when they told me 'You're no longer a Colt' that's pretty much when it ended.

Clark has seen his receiving numbers dip since 2009, when he caught 100 passes for 1,106 yards and 10 touchdowns. But a veteran presence like his can be indispensable with a young quarterback at the helm.
