Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Adrian Clayborn sustained an arm injury while diving to recover a fumble in the Bucs' preseason game against the New England Patriots. The injury was serious enough that Clayborn was taken in for X-rays, according to NFL.com.
Clayborn was the 20th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He started all 16 games for the Buccaneers in 2011, collecting 29 tackles, 13 assists and 7.5 sacks, as well as three forced fumbles. He had one assist in Tampa Bay's first preseason game, a 30-7 loss to the Tennessee Titans.
