This news comes from Bolt Prospects:

Gregg Drinnan of the Kamloops Daily News, one of the WHL and junior hockey's most respected writers, reports Lightning 2010 first round draft pick Brett Connolly has been signed by the Bolts to a standard three-year entry level contract.

The Lightning have not announced the signing, and may not until July, according to Damian Cristodero (@LightningTimes) of the St. Pete Times.

Connolly was drafted by the Lightning as the #6 pick in this year's draft, falling that far only due to injury concerns. He's had a few hip injuries in the recent past, but at the same time, Connolly is only 19 years old and looks to be a pretty hot prospect. I'm no hockey expert -- far from it, in fact -- but scoring 46 goals (73 total points) in 59 games last year certainly seems pretty darn good to me.

As he's so young, Connolly will either play next season with the Lightning or in the WHL (Western Hockey League). Wherever he starts, it looks like the Bolts have another exciting, young player on the rise. Steven Stamkos, watch out! You're not the only youngin' in town.
