During last night's game against Red Sox, the Rays announced some exciting news: they have signed second-round pick Granden Goetzman and he is getting excited to report to the Rays' team in the Gulf Coast League (Rookie level). Goetzman is the highest draft pick that the Rays have signed so far, and they are still trying to schedule a meeting with top pick Taylor Guerrieri.
