Rays Vs. Angels: Matt Moore Faces Veteran Jerome Williams In Series Finale

The Tampa Bay Rays have already taken the first two games of the series against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and they'll be going for a season sweep in the finale on Thursday. The game starts at 1 pm and can be found on can be found on Sun Sports.

The pitching matchup on Tuesday features two guys who couldn't be further apart on the career spectrum. The Rays send Matt Moore, the highly touted prospect to the mound, where he will be opposed by Jerome Williams. Williams was once a highly regarded prospect like Moore, but underwhelmed in his first go around and had to play all over the world before finding a role with the Angels this year. Hopefully we go against the old adage and and beauty beats out age on Thursday.
