Fresh off a 3-0 victory over the Miami Marlins, the Tampa Bay Rays will look to David Price in game one of a three game interleague series against the Washington Nationals. Prior to the shutout victory, the Rays had lost four of their last five games. Price is 8-4 with a 3.02 ERA and will face Chien Ming-Wang who is 2-2 with a 4.67 ERA.
The series is the third straight interleague series for the Rays after getting swept by the New York Mets and beating the Marlins two game to one. Tonight's game also marks the first career start for Price against Bryce Harper (batting .294 with seven home runs) and the rest of the Nationals.
