Rays Vs. Phillies Update: Scoreless Through 5 Innings

This one was supposed to be a low scoring pitching duel between Rays pitcher David Price and Cole Hamels of the Philadelphia Philles. That game is still scoreless through five innings, but up to that point, it was Hamels who'd done far more work.

Price has managed to give up only three hits to the Phillies, while throwing 67 pitches through five innings. By contrast, Hamels had thrown 85 pitches while giving up just two runs to the Rays.

Don't rule out the possibility of this game going to extras tied at 0-0, while there's still a second game of the doubleheader to be played later Sunday evening, which features more above average pitching with Cliff Lee on the mound for the Phillies.
