Rays Vs. Phillies Final: Tampa Beats Philadelphia in Second Game Of Doubleheader, 7-3

The Tampa Bay Rays won their second game of the day against the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday night by a final score of 7-3 at Citizen's Bank Park. Tampa won the first game of the day, 3-2.

Second baseman Brooks Conrad had a monster day at the plate. He went 2-3 in the game and drove in four RBI's. Short stop Sean Rodriguez and catcher Jose Lobaton each had an RBI as well.

The Rays used four pitchers in the ballgame and Brandon Gomes gets credit for the win as he pitched two and two-thirds innings giving up just one hit. Wade Davis had a rough outing on the mound as he gave up three hits and as many earned runs in his two and two-thirds innings pitched.

Tampa will move on to face the Kansas City Royals in a three-game set.
