Good news for the Tampa Bay Rays and Rays fans: Evan Longoria is returning to the starting lineup on Tuesday night, and will start at third base for the Rays.
Since being activated off the disabled list on Aug. 7, Longoria has served as the Rays designated hitter, making it easier on his still-rehabbing hamstring. Longoria, though, is at least ready to play the field for Tampa Bay on Tuesday night.
