It isn't everyday that the Central Florida Knights are favored against an SEC opponent, but Saturday is one of those days. The Knights are a 2.5-point favorite over the Missouri Tigers, according to OddsShark.
In its first season as a member of the SEC, the Tigers have gotten off to a slow start. They have looked over matched in conference games against South Carolina and Georgia. Their two wins have come against Arizona State and Southeast Louisiana.
Meanwhile, the Knights are 2-1 with a road loss to Ohio State as their only blemish on their record.
The Knights have covered the spread in two of their three games, while Missouri has done so in just one of its four games.
It should be a high-scoring game, as the both offenses have averaged at least 29 points per game, while their defenses have given up over 20 points per game.
The game is a 12:00 p.m. ET start.
