Conference USA football standings 2012: Central Florida atop East division

The Knights would play Tulsa in the conference title game.

With wins over East Carolina and Southern Miss, the Central Florida Knights are off to an undefeated start in conference play and are atop the East division of Conference USA.

Central Florida, Tulsa (4-0) and Houston (2-0) are the only teams in the C-USA without a loss within the conference.

But overall, the conference is under-performing. East Carolina (3-1) is the only other team with a winning record in C-USA games.
