The UCF Knights women's soccer team defeated the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes in the Conference USA Women's Soccer Tournament Championship Game, 2-0 for their first C-USA tournament championship. The game was the seventh straight shut out for the No. 20 ranked Knights.

Senior forward Nicolette Radovcic scored the first goal in the eleventh minute off of a rebound thanks to a header by Ashley Nicol. Jenn Martin scored the second goal in the second half in the 59th minute when Jenn Martin scored on a header off a cross pass by Bianca Joswiak.

Radovcic, who was also named the tournament's offensive MVP, knew that there was a chance to score if they put pressure on Golden Hurricanes goalie Hayley Harryman:

"There is a chance the goalkeeper might bobble it, it might get deflected. Once I saw the ball crossed, Ash did an awesome job to get across the goal and I was just there. . .. Luckily, I was on my toes and there to get it in the back of the net for us."

The Knights, who advanced to the NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament elite eight last season, will know their first opponent in this year's tournament when the selection show takes place on Monday at 4:30 p.m. ET.
