Just a few weeks removed from a hard-fought meeting between the two teams, the Central Florida Knights and Tulsa Golden Hurricane will face off in the C-USA Championship Game on Saturday, with a trip to the Liberty Bowl on the line.
Tulsa was victorious in the teams' showdown earlier this season, thanks in large part to a strong defensive effort to keep UCF and quarterback Blake Bortles contained. Tulsa's victory moved the Golden Hurricane to 7-0 in C-USA play, but Tulsa lost its final conference game of the season to the SMU Mustangs. Despite the loss, Tulsa is appearing in its fourth C-USA Championship Game since it began in 2005.
UCF is also appearing in its fourth C-USA Championship Game. This year's edition will mark the third meeting between UCF and Tulsa in the title game's history.
Time and Date: Dec. 1, 12 p.m. ET
Location: Chapman Stadium, Tulsa, Okla.
TV: ESPN2
Odds: UCF is favored by a point or two on the road, depending on sports book.
