The No. 16 Louisville Cardinals are nearly a touchdown favorite this week against the South Florida Bulls. According to OddShark, the Cardinals opened as a nine-point favorite, but that number has since come down to 6.5 points. The total for the game opened at 52.5 points, but it has moved up slightly in the past couple of days.

Louisville (6-0) is coming off a 45-35 victory at Pittsburgh last week. Prior to that, the Cardinals had won their last three games by a combined 16 points. For the season, the Cardinals have gone 3-3 against the spread.

South Florida (2-4) is riding a four-game losing streak into this weekend's action, and the Bulls have gone just 1-7-1 against the spread in their last nine games dating back to last season. That lone cover came on Sept. 29 of this season when the Bulls competed surprisingly well against the Florida State Seminoles.

Louisville won last season's matchup 34-24.
